Return merchandise must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) required for all returns. A restocking fee of 20% (this allows for reinventory and examination of product and restock) is applicable whenever the return is due to "Wrong item ordered," "Customer does not like the product" or "Item no longer needed.")  All items must be returned within six working days.  All sales are subject to prior sales.

Shipping....is determined by weight and destination and is added on after sale...normally most pins are shipped 1st class and toys are shipped UPS ground...
